Usage

Payroll

• Direct deposits run every 15 minutes under Los Santos Treasury.
• Weekly statements arrive Monday at 9:00 AM America/Los_Angeles through the phone mail integration.
• Statements use sender Los Santos Treasury and subject Weekly Payroll Statement.

Coin exchange

• GCoin to sCoin: 1 -> 2, with a 2-coin direction fee.
• sCoin to GCoin: 1 -> 0.5, with a 1-coin direction fee.
• Minimum exchange: 10 source coins; results round down and the cooldown is 10 seconds.
• The broker must remain nearby while the exchange processes.

Forfeiture

• Open a department drop box, deposit items, and submit the entire intake to the department vault. Closing the intake also submits it.
• Civilian intake cooldown: 2,600 seconds. Each intake has 250 slots, 2,500 kg, and a 7-day lifetime; expired unsubmitted contents are destroyed.
• Department vaults have 1,000 slots and 10,000 kg.
• LSPD vault access starts at Officer I; State Patrol access starts at Trooper.

Evidence and cash processing

• LSPD and State Patrol members can place evidence in a 500-slot, 5,000 kg destruction stash.
• Finalization requires a case number, incident number, disposition notes, and policy certification. Sessions last 7 days with a 10-second department cooldown.
• Authorized cash processing converts case-linked clean cash to black_money at 40%, rounded down, from $100 to $250,000, with no configured fee.

Shady Dealer fence

• Choose an item, quantity, and final sale through Start Conversation.
• Payout is black_money, with no fee and a 5-second cooldown.
• Police, State Patrol, LCSO, DOJ, and Ambulance jobs cannot sell.

Bugs

• Currency label mismatch: transaction messages call black_money “Black Money”, while the inventory label is “Dirty Money”.
