Overview

  • Sell owned vehicles through direct listings or timed auctions.
  • Each player can list up to 2 vehicles at prices from $5,000 to $50,000,000.
  • Listed vehicles are hidden from garages until sold, unlisted, or expired.
  • Completed purchases are delivered to the Used Car Lot public garage.
  • Marketplace invoices use lb-phone.

Access

  • Used Cars: 2675.34, 1379.15, 24.54
  • Drive an owned vehicle into the sale marker and open the listing menu.
  • The marketplace rejects another player's vehicle and vehicles already listed.
  • Showroom vehicles are locked and undriveable; inspect them from outside.

Usage

  1. Choose direct sale or auction, set a price, and select 6 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, or 1 week.
  2. Review the storage and tax terms, then authorize the listing.
  3. Direct sales go to the first buyer who pays. Auctions go to the highest bidder when the timer ends.
  4. Collect a completed purchase from the Used Car Lot garage.

Auctions

  • The listing price is the opening bid.
  • Each new bid must be at least $5,000 above the current bid.
  • Sellers cannot bid on their own vehicles, and the highest bidder cannot replace their own bid.
  • A bid with less than 5 minutes remaining adds 5 minutes.
  • Bids and purchases use the buyer's bank balance.

Vehicle information

  • Buyers can inspect the name, plate, price, expiry, engine, brakes, transmission, suspension, armour, turbo, nitrous, special equipment, cosmetics, extras, condition, and mileage.

Sale terms

  • No listing fee is charged.
  • Completed sales deduct a 3% government transaction tax from the seller's proceeds.
  • Remove trunk and glovebox items before listing. Stored items remain after cancellation or unsold expiry, but anything left there is destroyed after a completed sale.
